Uittenbogaard, van het Dialyse Centrum M\u00e1xima, M\u00e1xima MC Veldhoven. Wat heeft dit Dialyse Centrum een innoverend, transparant, professioneel team!<\/p>\n<p>Wij, (Henri\u00ebtte, Berna en Mari\u00eblle) verpleegkundige dialyse afdeling ziekenhuis Gelders Vallei in Ede zijn bezig een brugunit op te zetten voor onze dialyse pati\u00ebnten. Een brugunit is een voorlichting\/training unit, waar pati\u00ebnten die starten met hemodialyse beginnen. De pati\u00ebnt wordt voorgelicht en opgeleid in een rustige omgeving en m.n. door het enthousiasme van het personeel gemotiveerd tot een maximale zelfmanagement. Er zijn een aantal ziekenhuizen in Nederland die een dergelijke unit hebben waaronder Dialyse Centrum M\u00e1xima. Deze opzet van de brugunit sprak ons erg aan. Mede omdat ze een goed gefaseerd pati\u00ebnten opleidingsplan hebben, goede visie en al jaren ervaring. Ze werken al vele jaren met een brugunit en deze staat nog steeds als een huis.<\/p>\n<p>Kortom er viel een hoop van de dialyseverpleegkundige te leren en het is zonde om steeds zelf het wiel uit te vinden. Nou, het is gelukt om veel kennis op te doen over een brugunit. Nicole had zich ontzettend goed voorbereid en veel informatie bij elkaar gezocht. Deze had ze in een powerpoint verwerkt. Verder liet zij samen met afdelingshoofd trots de dialyse afdeling zien. Wat een mooie ruim opgezette afdeling. Hier mogen jullie zeker trots op zijn.
