The only way to improve the quality of care in the future is to conduct joint research. MMC also participates in national research. There is, therefore, a chance that we will approach you to ask whether you want to participate in a specific investigation. Of course, participation is voluntary and you will have enough time to make a decision.
Ongoing research by Philips, TU Eindhoven and MMC
Philips, TU Eindhoven and MMC jointly carry out continuous research in the area of obstetric care. More than 20 researchers are conducting research into ways to further improve healthcare within this so-called ‘Impulse Project’.
Two professors
Two professors work at the MMC Department of Gynecology: Prof. Marlies Bongers, associated with the University of Maastricht and Prof. Guid Oei, affiliated with the Eindhoven University of Technology.
