De gipsbroek zit vanaf de taille tot aan de enkels, en soms tot en met de voeten. Er kan voor een gipsbroek gekozen worden als een kindje last heeft van een heupluxatie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De gipsbroek heeft een uitsparing voor de luier. Aan de binnenkant heeft de gipsbroek een stoffen bekleding om de huid te beschermen.
