Centre of Excellence
\n<\/strong>Obesitas Centrum M\u00e1xima is benoemd tot Centre of Excellence door de European Accreditation Council for Bariatric Surgery. Een belangrijk aspect van het keurmerk is om het zorgtraject continu te verbeteren. Chirurg Wouter Leclercq: \u201cDe betrokken verpleegkundigen en OK-medewerkers zijn speciaal opgeleid op het gebied van obesitas. Obesitaspati\u00ebnten ondergaan een zware operatie, waarna persoonlijke begeleiding van groot belang is. Het keurmerk is een internationale erkenning dat we de beste zorg aan mensen met obesitas geven.\u201d<\/p>\n

Topklinische functie
\n<\/strong>Het zorgtraject van ons obesitascentrum is een landelijk erkende topklinische functie. Dit staat vastgelegd in het STZ Topklinisch Zorgregister<\/a>: een register om pati\u00ebnten en verwijzers inzicht te geven in de landelijke topfuncties van ziekenhuizen voor bovengemiddeld complexe zorg. Hiermee wordt onderschreven dat er sprake is van excellente pati\u00ebntzorg, voldoende opleidingsmogelijkheden en wetenschappelijk onderzoek door de betrokken artsen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
