Ralf en zijn twee kinderen Malu en Florian hebben een cheque van \u20ac 2.178,70 overhandigd aan het M\u00e1xima Oncologisch Centrum (MOC). Dit bedrag hebben ze opgehaald voor troostkoffers. Dochter Malu kreeg het koffertje toen haar moeder ziek was. Het koffertje helpt bij de begeleiding van kinderen en biedt afleiding.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Onlangs overleed Margriet op veertigjarige leeftijd aan borstkanker. Ralf, Malu en Florian kozen ervoor om tijdens haar afscheid geld op te halen voor de troostkoffers<\/a>. Deze zijn bedoeld voor kinderen waarvan een ouder of familielid kanker heeft, om hen hiermee te helpen bij het uiten van gevoelens.<\/p>\n

Troostkoffer
\n<\/strong>\u201cIk zie echt de toegevoegde waarde van de troostkoffer\u201d, vertelt Ralf. \u201cMalu heeft het koffertje destijds ook gekregen. Het helpt bij de begeleiding van kinderen en biedt hen in een vervelende periode weer even afleiding. We willen iets betekenen voor gezinnen die nu hetzelfde doormaken als wat wij hebben doorgemaakt. Sowieso vinden we het belangrijk om\u00a0 je in te zetten voor anderen. Zo heb ik ook een keer meegedaan aan Alpe d\u2019HuZes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Betrokkenheid vanuit hele behandelteam<\/strong>
\n\u201cMet deze cheque willen we een blijk van waardering geven aan M\u00e1xima MC. We merkten altijd veel betrokkenheid vanuit het hele behandelteam, van de verpleegkundige bij de chemotherapie tot de oncoloog, en van de casemanager tot de verpleegkundige op de IC. We hebben de zorg van het behandelteam als heel positief ervaren. Als het nodig was, werd er snel geschakeld. Wij zijn MMC dankbaar hiervoor.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
